What we do as a company builder
We basically do three things:
1) We co-define a growth plan for your company together with you;
2) We join the entrepreneurial team and we raise the capital necessary to the development of the plan;
3) Once we raised the capital, we co-execute the plan together with you.
Our model of cooperation
We act as an equity partner (co-entrepreneur), working for companies in which we are involved as an active shareholder*, with a long term commitment.
-> We add one or two companies per year to our portfolio.
* NOTE: Grafo Ventures is the brand name of a small partnership of professionals.
The equity involvement in the different companies is referred to the individual partners of Grafo Ventures and not to Grafo Ventures as an entity. Grafo Ventures as a legal entity doesn’t take equity participations.
Our (un)exit strategy
We are not interested in an exit from our companies in the short period.
On the contrary we are interested in an exit in the long term, but with no hurry.
We are comfortable with the idea of working for the same companies for many years.
